An inspection can be rejected if there is:
- Incomplete or incorrect details, or
- The image is unclear, or
- You cannot see all edges of the asset or document in the frame of the image, or
- The Driver's or Registration are expired, or
- The Driver’s and Selfie is not of the registered owner.
Once an inspection has been rejected, details of the rejected documents along with what's needed to remediate them will be provided to the Broker via email notification and the status will be updated on the Portal. While the Seller will receive an SMS notification and updates to the app. The broker will also be able to see the rejected images and reasons on the broker portal.
